The Young Public Theatre is a new Toronto-based theatrical education charitable organization whose mandate is to provide opportunities for youth to engage in all aspects of musical theatre. The skills, knowledge and contacts that the participants gain through involvement in TYPT's projects will increase their understanding of musical theatre in general and instill a desire to create and support the Canadian musical theatre.
