Company Description:
In the early 1970's, textile enthusiasts Max Allen and Simon Waegemaekers imagined a place where people could engage with textiles in an accessible, educational environment. Their dream was realized in 1975, when the Canadian Museum for Carpets and Textiles became Canada's only museum dedicated to the collection, exhibition and research of textiles from around the world. Since then, the Textile Museum of Canada (as the museum is now called), has been providing audiences with opportunities to experience the traditions, skills and creative processes that make the textile arts so fascinating.Jobs by Textile Museum of Canada
