Company Description:

The Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area (B.I.A.) is a non-profit organization committed to improving and promoting the downtown core. It was formed on June 26, 2001 as a result of the efforts of the former Yonge Street Business & Residents Association.


The Downtown Yonge B.I.A.’s members include approximately 2000 local business and property owners who share a common goal — to improve the Downtown Yonge area and make it safer, cleaner and more inviting. To accomplish this, the Downtown Yonge B.I.A. has implemented a number of programs to enhance and maintain the downtown core.
