UrbanArts is a cutting-edge, non-profit Community Arts Council. Our organization provides cultural opportunities, experience and advocacy for local communities and artists in central west Toronto. UrbanArts encourages expression of diverse people and communities through collaborative projects in music, theatre, dance, visual arts and new media.
Our organization is committed to a very strong sense of teamwork with an open, direct approach to problem solving and decision making. Our Mission is to enhance neighbourhoods by engaging youth in community development through the arts. We do this by facilitating cultural development between artists, arts organizations and community members.
