Company Description:

Group 4 Falck was originally founded in October 1966 by retired members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The company was initially engaged in the provision of private investigation services.

In the early 1970's, the company broadened its scope of services and began supplying uniformed security officers to a growing list of corporate clients. During this decade Group 4 Securitas (Canada) Ltd. grew to become a major security guard agency in the Metropolitan Toronto area.
