A Technology Company In Toronto is seeking break fix technicians to join our team.

Job Requirements:

• University or college education in a computer-related technology or relevant equivalent working experience.
• Experience providing customer support (in person, or via e-mail/telephone)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written)
• Proven track record of resolving difficult issues, and problem solving skills.
• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies researches and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls emails and personnel requests for technical support.
• Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Repairing, diagnosing and troubleshooting various Windows operating systems: 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000 Professional (SP 1,2,3) XP Home, XP Media Center Edition 2005, XP Professional (SP 1,2).
Microsoft Windows VISTA (All Versions), Windows 7 (All Versions)
Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project.

Experience using remote support tools, GO TO MY PC, Team Viewer, Windows Remote Desktop, Hamachi, PC Anywhere, Log me in, Citrix.

Laptop Repair: Lenovo/IBM, Compaq/HP, Toshiba Satelie
Desktop Repair: Lenovo/IBM, Compaq/HP

Experience working with Pheonix Bios, Ami Bios, DELL BIOS,

Understanding of NTFS, and FAT File Systems.
