The role:

Utilising your strong customer service skills you will be liaising with customers on a broad range of enquiries, such as product information, delivery enquiries, order processing and payment queries.

You will be dealing with the same contacts on a regular basis so your ability to develop strong relationships with your customers will help ensure you are a success in this role and is essential among the qualities we are seeking.

Your ability to think on your feet and act quickly with an abundant amount of information to provide high quality service, in a challenging and stimulating environment, will make you a valued member of this team.

Essential Skills and experience:

Ideally you will have at least 6 month previous experience in a customer service and/or call centre role.

Past exposure to multi-layered systems and plans such as those in the Telecommunications and Health industries would be advantageous.
