Clover has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Plano, TX location..

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Customer Service Department.


SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Under the general direction of the Customer Service/Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and promoting customer service excellence and performing the functions contained within this job description, in support of all customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.  Each Customer Service Representative will be assigned and will be responsible for an active sales base of customers. Key to this effort is proactively making outbound calls to each customer on a weekly basis or on a schedule that meets the expectations of the customer.

 2.  Review backordered items, monitor returned Goods key information, and introduce new products or marketing information

 3.  Maintain accuracy of Customer account information

 4.  Respond and communicate customer complaint resolution issues, initiate contact with each customer on a weekly basis, and other tasks as assigned to help promote customer sales activity.

 5.  Entry of orders received by phone, e-mail or fax

 6.  Communicate with customers by phone, email or fax regarding orders, returns, shipments and products, and advise on shipment delays (including the initiation of traces of shipment with carriers) or obtain additional information needed to process orders or quotes.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Filing, scanning and processing mail as needed

2.  Each associate may be assigned to retrieve customer emails from the Customer service email box and respond to the customer in a timely manner

3.  Performs other duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years of previous Customer Service required
• Proficient PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain an effective organizational system
• Ability to adapt to change
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals or operating instructions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to multitask  
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
