Company Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:- Preparation of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Listing Agreements, Amendments, Waivers, Mutual Releases and all other Standard Real Estate Forms
- Upload MLS listings and process any changes as required
- Communicate with clients to ensure that complete listing information and forms are received for all listings
- Preparation of Trade Record Sheets
- Maintain Client Database and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Ensure that all deal files including paper and electronic versions are properly completed
- Other office administration duties as required
- Update social media apps such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• 1+ years in a Real Estate Brokerage as Administrator, or Assistant
High Level of Proficiency is required in the following areas:
- TREB MLS System
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
- Client Database management software
- Exceptional Customer Service - front desk, telephone, and written communication
- EasyOFFER
- Social Media
- Highly Motivated
- Detail Oriented
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
- Drive to succeed in all areas of your career with strong initiative to complete all tasks at hand
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management capabilities

- Fluent in Mandarin or/and Cantonese is an asset.
