An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service role based.The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The person is expected to help customers, be patient, empathetic and passionately communicate. They would love to talk.
Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless. Be a competent trouble shooter and investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve the customer complaint. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The position is a temporary to permanent opportunity and one not to be missed!
Responsibilities
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls
-Generate sales leads and take orders
-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
-Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution and keep customer interactions at all times
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage with customers
Desired Requirements
- Proven customer service experience an advantage but training will be given
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Be a great team player
