Direct Interiors is currently looking for an Experienced Furniture Sales Associate that thrives in a busy environment.

Job Description

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Walk customers through the showroom floor and identify products that appropriately match customer needs
• Coordinating sales efforts with respective internal departments
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve common goals

Job Qualifications :

• Proven sales experience; preferably in the premium furniture industry (5 Years)
• Interior design or decorating diploma preferred but not required
• Track record of over-achieving quota (5 Years)
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day (5 Years)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Experience using the computer for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
