Tangerine is hiring Bilingual Client Service Specialists (Fluent in French & English) to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients by providing exceptional support on their daily banking needs, educate them on self-service channels, and proactively recommend products that meet their financial needs. If you have strong customer service skills and want to join a diverse and collaborative team, then we'd love to meet you! Don't worry if you are new to this field, we provide an in-depth training program for 3 months to ensure you are successful and confident in your role. 

Remote work (work from home) available! Please note that this is a permanent full-time opportunity - you will need to be available to work between the hours of 7 AM to 12 AM including weekends.
