Sarai Trucking LTD is looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team. We are an asset-based carrier which specializes in cross-border transportation.
 
Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching drivers
• Monitoring driver routes to ensure timely delivery of freight
• Determining routing problems and resolve issues ASAP
• Acting as liaison between company drivers and customers
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely & professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Strong proven experience in an TL dispatching role within the Transportation industry
• Be able to work independently
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to work full-time
