SpaceWork is a small property management company whose portfolio comprises both residential and commercial multi-tenant buildings.  The primary property is a 52,000sqft building in the west end of Toronto that offers workspace, distribution, office and storage space to companies (from start-up to established), hobbyists, craftspeople, artists and other individuals.  The 100+ spaces are individual, lock-up units with shared / common area loading docks and washrooms.  SpaceWork provides tenants with WIFI, the use of conveying equipment, mail service, garbage and cardboard recycling services. The 3 other properties are in North York (15 residential apartments in 2 buildings) and Whitby (2 commercial tenants in 1 building).
