The company is currently recruiting Assistant Managers.We are looking for someone who can lead, motivate, inspire and coach. From day one you will work on the sales floor, learning how each area of the business works. As an assistant manager, you will serve customers, learn inventory control, and become part of the restaurant's core management team. The assistant manager plays an important role in keeping the store running smoothly. They drive sales, ensure consistency of assortment, create weekly schedules, manage inventory, monitor compliance with company standards, and assist with training/recruitment.
The ideal Assistant Manager candidate:
- Experience in hospitality at Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor level
- Looks after, trains, and nurtures their team
- A manager who leads by example and it’s not afraid to get stuck in
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and think swiftly
- Passionate about good food and drinks
- Keen to be hands on in kitchen management
