Company Description:
· Manage all functions of switchboard, greet and present guests.· Maintain and update division phone.
· Maintain and monitor security passes, visitor’s passes and visitor’s register.
· Administrative support for Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant.
· Arrange for couriers and special shipping, daily mail pick-up.
· Coordinate purchase of office supplies and promo items.
· Assist in planning and coordinating business and associate functions.
· Sort all internal mail for distribution into mail slots.
· Manage bookings of onsite meeting rooms in MS Outlook and the Meeting Place conference call bookings.
· Produce purchase orders as requested, maintain log and copy of all invoices authorized.
Maintain photocopy and fax area with supplies, (i.e. toner, paper).
· Kitchen supplies to be stocked. Minor cleaning of kitchen and dishes.
· Administrative support involving coordination of meeting calendars, filing, distribution, copying.
· Assist in coordination of office moves, general office maintenance requests.
· Other projects as assigned by Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant
