Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist– Corporate Recruitment Lead

Employment Status: Full time

Location:   243 Cosumers Rd., North York, Ontario.

Hybrid, 3 days in office

Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.

WHO WE NEED

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Employee Experience, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist, focused on our corporate office team; a high-integrity professional, is not shy of hands-on execution to support building high-performing teams through spotting and attracting top talent for Lifemark. You will foster trusting partnerships and build talent communities to resource our talent bench. You will leverage your experience to advise leaders on the best hiring strategies. This role is hybrid with some Virtual and In-Person attendance at career events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual French and English is a must
  • A minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization - 2 in corporate recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and research skills to find the right talent and manage recruitment funnel yields.
  • Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships. 
  • Proficiency working with recruiting related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and various reporting tools.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management or related discipline an asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and researching: This is the core technical skill. You have proven success sourcing candidates, along with previous experience and knowledge of the talent market to develop full-cycle recruitment plans for corporate offices.
  • Full cycle recruitment: Apply your expertise to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive and equitable candidate experience. Including but not limited to conducting telephone screenings & video interviews; creating attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites; job offer creation, new-hire set-up, and onboarding.  Contribute to talent marketing campaigns including mailouts, email blasts, internal newsletters
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through an efficient recruitment process that will result in the hiring of the best available talent providing an outstanding candidate experience.  
  • Weekly Reporting: Ability to run reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics that facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
