Job Description:

Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Supply Chain Operations: Assist in developing and implementing strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.

  • Vendor Coordination: Help establish and maintain supplier relationships, support contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.

  • Logistics Assistance: Aid in managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Optimize processes to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels to meet production and sales needs while minimizing carrying costs. Implement control procedures to prevent shortages and overages.

  • Procurement Support: Support the procurement process by sourcing, purchasing, and evaluating suppliers. Ensure the acquisition of high-quality materials at competitive prices.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas. Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance for senior management.

Qualifications:
