Financial Analyst - Buffalo, NY

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and analyses to guide critical strategic decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate key corporate development and investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
• Support the company’s strategic planning process and evaluations.
• Create materials for executive management, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to assess significant business decisions.
• Participate in planning and executing capital market transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience (candidates with 5 years are encouraged to apply).
• Superior financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize diverse tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
• Must be able to work in the United States.

• MBA degree.
• Experience in corporate development.
