Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Financial & Accounting Operations:

  • Lead billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely financial transactions.
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including expense management, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
  • Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external accounting firms to optimize tax strategies and ensure accurate filings.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Deliver timely and insightful financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess profitability, efficiency, and trends.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Lead corporate budgeting efforts and collaborate with departments for accuracy.
  • Develop and refine financial forecasts to support business planning.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial accountability.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

  • Enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage government incentives and tax benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Specialist in a similar role.
  • CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work across departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
