Job Description:

Position: Senior Associate – Accounting & Financial Advisory

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations (Remote work may be available)

About the Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accounting and financial advisory services to senior leadership teams, including CFOs and CAOs. You will work closely with clients to provide technical accounting expertise and business insights to help them make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and financial advisory services to client leadership teams.

  • Support financial reporting, technical accounting, and strategic projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and solutions.

  • Assist clients in achieving financial and operational objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPA or MBA preferred (or actively pursuing CPA designation).

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or financial advisory working on public companies.

  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professional growth.
