Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MRP is a plus.
