Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and installation of copiers and printers, including setup and configuration according to user requirements.
- Train users on proper equipment use to prevent unnecessary damage or wear.
- Perform onsite routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond to emergency calls for equipment repair, including diagnosing, repairing faults, and replacing parts as needed.
- Provide in-shop repair services: rebuilding copiers, printers, and components.
- Efficiently read and summarize service manuals for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate service updates to management.
